Full Suspension e-Mountain Bikes are rented from our main store location at 15 Balsam St as a group ride where we take you out. A 30 minute bike setup and 15 minute post rental inspection time is included in the rental period and requires the rider/renter present. A full overview of the bike is given and an inspection for existing damage is done. We are strict about damage on the bikes and renters will be charged accordingly. A valid Credit Card and Drivers license must be provided for these rentals. Riders must be 18 years of age or older.
Please note the following:
- Rentals are NOT permitted on customer vehicles. Multi day rentals need to be returned at the end of each day for safety inspections.
- Rentals are subject to cancelation without notice due to weather or equipment availability
- All rentals require a credit card. Any damage is the responsibility of the customer. See the Damage fee chart posted in the rental office. A $500 Deposit is held 24hrs prior to the time of pickup per item reservation. 1 eBike = $500, 2 e-Bikes = $1000. This is 100% refunded when the bikes are returned with no damage.
- All renters need a signed waiver. Check your email.
- All renters must follow all safety rules as described at the time of rental. All cyclist MUST wear a helmet and all paddlers MUST wear the provided floatation device.
- Full rental payment is required for booking and is refundable up to 24hrs before your rental. This is strictly enforced.
- It is the responsibility of the renter to return the equipment at the end of the rental period. If the rental equipment is returned late there will be a minimum 3hr fee added. If the renter fails to bring the unit back or is unable to get the unit back for any reason, there is a $200 pickup fee.
- We reserve the right to terminate any rental pre-pickup or during the rental period with a full refund to the customer.
Cycling TRAIL ETIQUETTE
- Stay to the right of the Trail.
- When overtaking others, pass on the left and sound a warning.
- Pedestrians always have the right of way.
- Cyclists should ring a bell or call out “passing left” when approaching pedestrians.
- Do not block the Trail.
