For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment at a standard shop labour rate. * Service time estimates pending any specialty parts that need to be ordered or major repairs. In 2022 & 2023, 95% of the bikes repaired or maintained by us were back in the customers hands within 3 days. We do our best to keep you riding. 

Bike Restorations

As much as we love restoring your classic ride, the spring and summer time is our busiest time and is not favorable for bike restorations which required excessive time researching  and sourcing unique parts. If you have a bike restoration, we ask that you bring it in October and leave it with us over the winter months. 

Department Store Bikes

Often we see department store bikes in for repair. Sometimes these are easily fixed and back up and running. Upon drop off we will do an extensive review of all the required repairs to ensure a safe and reliable bike leaves our service department. We will be very open and honest and accurate with repair costs as well as provide suggestions for replacement if this makes the most cost sensitive sense. Please note, we may refuse to fix your department store bike. 

Shop Supplies Disclaimer

Shop Supplies = $4.99

A variety of shop supplies are consumed in the servicing of your bicycle. These types of products do not lend themselves to precise itemization. We have determined the most equitable way to spread the cost of these shop supplies over the many bicycles we service is to add a small fee to the total cost of each service invoice. As of 1/1/2025 the list of items that could be included in the Shop supplies are:

Hydraulic Fluid, lubricants, greases, detergents, rags, clothes, small fasters, disposal and recycling fees. 

Home Bike Repair

We recommend having a few products at home to help you keep your bike in excellent working condition between your annual tune-ups. We have an excellent selection of essential tools, lubricants and cleaning products, and quality work stands. Shop online and pickup your items for free on your next shop visit.
